Brasserie Margot and Bar Margot have announced the appointment of Chef Christophe Truchet as Chef de Cuisine. Truchet will oversee the culinary program for both establishments, which are located within the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta.
Truchet, who was born and raised in France, has a background in classical French cuisine. His early interest in cooking developed while spending time with his mother in the kitchen and working on his family’s farm. This experience influenced his respect for ingredients and craftsmanship. He earned a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts from Lycée François Rabelais in Lyon before gaining experience at several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Le Bristol Paris, La Villa Archange, La Chèvre d’Or, and L’Amaryllis.
His career also includes international leadership roles at Pudong Shangri-La Shanghai and One&Only The Palm Dubai, where he worked alongside Chef Yannick Alléno. In the United States, Truchet held positions with Hilton and Waldorf Astoria properties in California and Georgia. More recently, he has been involved in culinary leadership roles within Atlanta’s corporate dining sector.
As Chef de Cuisine, Truchet will be responsible for daily operations at Brasserie Margot and Bar Margot. He is expected to guide their continued development while maintaining a focus on execution, consistency, mentorship of kitchen staff, and guest service that aligns with Four Seasons standards.
The existing team includes Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow, whose bread and pastry program remains central to Brasserie Margot’s offerings.

Brasserie Margot and Bar Margot are situated on 14th Street in Midtown Atlanta’s Four Seasons Hotel. Both venues aim to provide guests with an experience that transitions smoothly from dining to cocktails while maintaining distinct identities.
