A 1,400-acre ranch known as Colorado Haven has been listed for sale in Steamboat, Colorado, with an asking price of $15 million. The property features a unique “yurt paradise” at its center and is marketed as an off-grid luxury retreat.

According to the listing on Hall and Hall, the ranch offers a combination of rolling meadows, scrub oak hillsides, and mature stands of aspen, fir, and spruce. These landscapes provide habitats for wildlife such as elk, mule deer, antelope, and grouse.

The property includes several custom-built yurts and log cabins that serve as lodging options. Modern amenities are available throughout the camp, including off-grid running water and electricity systems. The ranch is also equipped with Starlink internet access across the camp and a multi-zone sound system.

The three yurts on the property include a central yurt with a chef’s kitchen. One yurt serves as the primary suite while another is designated for guests.

Broker Brian Smith commented on the listing: “Colorado Haven represents a rare opportunity to acquire a turn-key mountain recreational property that offers a high level of privacy, comfort, and natural beauty.” He added: “With its substantial infrastructure, off-grid systems, and refined accommodations, the property uniquely suits buyers seeking a private retreat with rustic character and modern capabilities.”

Steamboat Springs is located about 155 miles northwest of Denver.
