A 411-acre ranch property in Gypsum, Colorado, has been listed for sale at $17.5 million. The Ranch on Sweetwater offers amenities aimed at fishing and equestrian enthusiasts and is located within the Rocky Mountains.

The property features a fully restored lodge dating back to the 1880s. According to the listing from Hall and Hall, “At the heart of the ranch is a fully restored 1880s lodge—a stunning centerpiece where historic charm meets refined comfort.” The restoration and expansion were overseen by Western architect Jonathan Foote. The lodge includes original elements such as a stone fireplace and hand-hewn timbers, along with modern additions like a gourmet kitchen with a bar area.

“Signature features include the original stone fireplace, hand-hewn timbers, and a gourmet kitchen with bar area, perfect for entertaining. The expansive pondside stone patio invites outdoor gatherings beneath the canopy of old-growth spruce, cottonwood, and aspen trees,” states the listing.

In addition to the main residence, there are three guest cabins as well as equestrian facilities and caretaker structures on site. Brian Smith holds the listing for this property.

Gypsum is located approximately 65 miles north of Aspen.
