As Georgia continues to look for ways to expand job opportunities in a rapidly changing economy, Steve Justice, executive director of the Georgia Centers of Innovation, spoke about two main approaches the state can use.

He emphasized that both attracting outside businesses and developing local talent are important strategies for job growth in Georgia.
