Georgia State University has released the names of students from the local area who were included on the President’s List for the summer 2025 term. The list recognizes undergraduate students who have achieved high academic performance during the semester.
The President’s List includes students from cities such as Austell, Mableton, Smyrna, Marietta, Powder Springs, Atlanta, Acworth, Kennesaw, Lithia Springs, and even Da Nang and Anambra. Among those recognized are Moriah Douglas of Austell, Bianca Lee of Mableton, Amirah Beyah of Smyrna, Ki Gannon of Marietta, and Casey Shea of Marietta. Other honorees include Eimy Gamboa Carvajal of Marietta and Carette Lawrence of Austell.
A full list features over one hundred students representing a wide range of communities in Georgia and some international locations. Students named to the President’s List typically must meet specific grade point average requirements set by Georgia State University.
