IAM District 160 held a fundraising event at Topgolf in Renton, Washington, raising over $30,000 for Guide Dogs of America | Tender Loving Canines (GDA | TLC). The gathering brought together more than 100 members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), along with their families and supporters. Activities included golf games, bingo, raffle prizes, and a silent auction.

The funds raised will support GDA | TLC’s work providing trained service dogs at no cost to individuals who are blind or visually impaired, veterans, and children with autism.

“The IAM’s commitment to Guide Dogs of America goes back decades,” said IAM Western Territory General Vice President Robert “Bobby” Martinez. “Our members have always answered the call to give back, and this fundraiser is another example of the compassion and strength that defines our union family.”

The event was led by IAM District 160 Business Representative Zac Collins.

IAM has been a long-term supporter of GDA | TLC, with its members contributing millions of dollars through various fundraising efforts over the years.
