The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has announced an extension to the registration deadline for its 2025 Retirees Conference. The event is scheduled for October 20-22, 2025, at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Attendees now have until Monday, September 15, 2025, to register.

This year’s conference will focus on the theme “Leaders and Legends,” recognizing the work of IAM retirees and encouraging ongoing involvement in union activities. According to organizers, the event aims to bring together retirees and future retirees from across North America to share experiences and discuss strategies for increasing retiree engagement within the union.

“This gathering is more than just a conference; it is also a celebration of solidarity and strength. Retirees and future retirees from across North America will come together to build community, share experiences, and strategize on how to elevate retiree engagement within our union.”

Participants can expect guest speakers, breakout sessions, and opportunities for networking with other IAM members. A special tour of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center is planned for Wednesday, October 22.

The registration deadline applies both to conference attendance and hotel accommodations.
