IAM Union members working as air traffic controllers are preparing for upcoming contract negotiations with Leidos, a government contractor. Mark Costa, a member of the IAM negotiations team and flight service specialist, explained his responsibilities in providing essential weather and safety information to pilots. Costa represents Local 2010 in Reston, Virginia.

Costa stated that both his team at Local 2010 and colleagues from Local 2011 in Fort Worth, Texas are involved in these preparations for bargaining with Leidos.
