Lucie Morillon has been named Communications Representative at the Canadian Office of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), effective September 15, 2025. The appointment was made by IAM International President Brian Bryant.

Morillon brings more than eight years of experience in communications and marketing, having worked in the non-profit, public, and private sectors. In her new role, she will support communications efforts for the Canadian Office. Her responsibilities will include enhancing IAM’s digital presence, improving engagement with members, and ensuring effective communication among districts and local offices.

“I’m excited to be joining such a passionate and dedicated team, and I look forward to using my skills to support IAM members across Canada,” said Morillon. “Being part of an organization that champions workers’ rights and helps build stronger, fairer workplaces is truly inspiring, and I’m eager to contribute to this meaningful work.”
