Man accused of offering money to minor for sex act in Mableton

Andres Guerrero, a 29-year-old from Austell, has been charged in connection with an incident involving a minor in Mableton. According to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department, Guerrero allegedly approached a 16-year-old girl outside the Michaels Arts and Crafts Store at 5590 Mableton Parkway on September 23 around 2:30 p.m. The warrant states that Guerrero offered the girl $100 to watch him perform a sex act while exposing himself.

The girl refused Guerrero’s offer, telling him “No,” after which he left the scene, according to police records.

Guerrero faces charges of trafficking of persons for sexual servitude and public indecency nude. He was arrested on September 24 at approximately 3:47 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center. Jail records indicate that Guerrero remains in custody without bond.
