A Powerball ticket purchased at a Rocket gas station in Tacoma, Washington, matched five numbers but missed the Powerball during the Wednesday, Sept. 10 drawing, according to Washington Lottery officials. The ticket holder won $2 million by also matching the Power Play multiplier.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 2, 24, 45, 53 and 64 with a Powerball of 5. The Power Play multiplier was 2x.

Lottery officials said no one claimed the $35 million jackpot. As a result, the prize has increased to an estimated $50 million for the next drawing on Saturday, Sept. 13. The cash value of that jackpot is about $23 million.

According to lottery representatives, more than 440,000 other tickets sold across the United States won prizes between $4 and $100,000 in this drawing.

The previous Powerball jackpot was awarded on Sept. 6 when players from Missouri and Texas split a grand prize of $1.787 billion.

To win the Powerball jackpot, participants must match all five white balls plus the red Powerball. The odds of winning are approximately one in 292 million.

Powerball drawings take place three times a week—on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:59 p.m. ET—and can be viewed online or on television broadcasts. Tickets are available for purchase in 45 states as well as Washington D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
