A Virginia woman found a box of forgotten lottery tickets while cleaning her home, according to the Virginia Lottery. Alfreda Hawkins discovered the tickets in her closet and decided to scratch off a $100,000 Extreme Cash ticket she had purchased in Richmond.

Upon revealing the $100,000 prize, Hawkins told the lottery office that she “almost passed out!” She added, “It was amazing!”

The Virginia Lottery confirmed that Hawkins was the final top-prize winner for this particular scratcher game, which has now closed. At this time, Hawkins said she does not have any plans yet for how she will use her winnings.
